      has a good work life balance

      leadership feels Schizophrenic. One minute they're all in on a project, the next they're rethinking it, then all in, then rethinking. They don't have the temperament to be leaders.

      Pros

      Awesome company and produces very high end products for a reasonable cost. Great processes. Work life is fun and Doug is the best! Great person and great to work for.
