There are not many pros to working at this place. The previous reviews list “the mission” as a positive trait. But if you look closer, the metrics give another perspective. Enrollments are down year over year, donations and government grants are down, and finally, employee satisfaction is at an all-time low.

The directors are toxic. They are the most insecure people. They bully the employees. The highest person earns $115k/yr and the lowest person earns about $17/hr.
