Pros
1. Nice Colleague in the company , they will help you in your doubt and the situation where you got stuck and nothing pros there.
Cons
1. They ask you to learn new technology in 1-2 day and complete the project within given time and I am totally disagree because everyone has different grasping capacity . 2. If you are very good at buttering then you will get good hike . 3. If you continuously work on a task for 1-2 days and you din't complete they will think you are not working and then they threatened you to cut your 1 week of salary . 4. You will get scold in-front of everyone and that's not the rule of any IT company to scold their employee in-front of everyone and put down their respect in-front of everyone . 5. No proper project management , 1 manager handling almost 10 projects at a time and he too got confused how to manage himself , their almost full work is done by developers or testers . 6. Work late at night without any food or transport facility and if you gave bill for reimbursement they deny to pay it , saying how much you spent and still didn't complete the work . 7. No hike .
