Unprofessional and Hostile Interaction with Representative - Anonymous employee Spry Group Employee Review

My interaction with a representative, Andy Zickler or one of his representative, was deeply concerning. The conversation quickly shifted from unprofessional to openly hostile. When I asked a routine question, the response was dismissive and escalated into aggressive language. The representative raised his voice, used profanity, and spoke in a way that felt disrespectful and inappropriate for any professional setting. At one point, the interaction deteriorated to the extent that I felt I was being spoken to in a degrading and hostile manner. This is not something anyone should expect in a professional environment. What was equally concerning was the lack of any follow-up or accountability after the incident. There was no attempt to address the behavior or ensure a basic standard of professionalism. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed carefully when considering engagement with the company, whether as a potential employee or business partner. There is a clear need for stronger communication standards and oversight to ensure respectful interactions across the organization.
