Pros

I feel completely supported working at Spry Digital. At any time, I can go to one of the partners to voice my praises or complaints and they will listen and help me find a solution. It is an office filled with highly skilled people who enjoy their work but also like to interact with those around them. I am happy to work at a place where I feel valued and am also encouraged to give back to the community.

Cons

The company is growing but is still on the smaller side. If you are the type of person who likes to hide behind your desk or be the mix with hundreds of other people, this might not be the best fit for you.

Pros

The people there are very nice.

Cons

The leadership there is a disorganized mess. They are good about sending out surveys to ask for opinions but they don't apply the feedback they are given. They put people in management positions that don't know what they are doing, while leaving their employees in the dark. There is a huge disconnect between leadership and the rest of the company and managers don't share the same vision as upper leadership. No opportunities for growth. Managers don't listen to their employees.
