Their business model was based on government agencies. Which worked well until governments had to spend on unexpected expenses like illegal immigrants and these agencies couldn't pay their bills or start their projects. It is a consulting firm where everyone worked remotes since COVID. As such people work in teams and teams don't NEED to communicate with other teams. Therefore, outside of the team or teams you were on, there was no sense of community, no communication at the corporate level, etc.
