Pros
Mostly nice, hard-working people to work with.
Cons
Sad story, bleak outlook. Company formed by merger of Clean Power Finance (CA-based) & Kilowatt Financial (MN-based). Not a positive company to work for anymore. Most staff, many of whom were the knowledge base of the company, have either quit or were laid off during the merger (presumably to make the 2 businesses together appear profitable in order to sell or go public). Company is left with a predominantly inexperienced, unknowledgeable group of 20-somethings who make up the worker bees & middle management. Few, if any, remaining employees really know anything about the solar industry. Those who are paying attention do not see the company surviving very long-- just long enough to provide a big payoff to top executives & walking papers to the remaining skeleton crew. You won't retire here.
