Pros

discount is solid, team in my department is great, work is easy, not a busy workplace

Cons

extreme micromanagement, managers will not communicate with you when they have a problem EVER, communication is terrible from upper management, they will either tell someone else or get onto you for doing something wrong after never correcting you once
