I feel fulfilled and that the job brings constant challenge so it's not boring.

• Looking for information regarding company process and documentation is not easy to find • Lack of company structure. This makes asking for help or collaboration difficult since you won't know who to go ask and who can make final decisions. This is to be expected for most startups
