1. Pay never matches the standard or individual performance. 2. Partiality with employees by CTO,CEO. No proper recognition for true talent and hard working individuals. 3. The hierarchy is quite evident and the preference/power is prioritized mostly to CEO, their friends and close friends. 4. Some virtual agreements between employee(friend of management) and management saying will pay extra for other project, even team members does not know it. 5. No standard is followed by HR and as a company for roles, responsibility, leave policy. 6. No proper appraisal process, it will be like bargaining. 7. CEO is so biased, pretend to be good and says family but never.
