      No Pros. only few senior members are good to work with.

      Cons

      1. No proper appraisal. 2.Partiality with employees by MD. 3.No proper communication. 4.Very low salary for freshers only 8k 5.No proper leave management. everytime need to ask Md for leave. 6.No proper work recognition. 7.Md with 2 faces, before employee and after employee. 8.Overall its worst management. do not go for it. carrer spoils.

      Nothing you can expect. Waste of time.

      Cons

      This is based on experience in this company for 7 months. When it comes to work, they give you lot of work pressure to complete the task, but they also say our employees dont want to burn out of pressure. You have to complete bunch of work within the end of the day. When it comes to salary. This company never pays for the work you do. They pay very less that other company, better to choose other company instead.
