      Pros

      I was given a lot more responsibilities than an intern otherwise would get. It was exactly what I wanted out of an employment experience at a startup as I was able to use this experience to springboard my career.

      Cons

      Sometimes, working at a startup can get tough cashflow wise, but you know that going in.
