Pros

Great benefits package. Fun and well-organized team-building events. Most colleagues are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The work/life balance is fairly good for an agency: no one has ever asked me to work outside of office hours or during the weekend.

Cons

While current commercial practices aim to increase profit, they do not always align with the best interests of clients. In some cases, there seems to be an emphasis on overselling, even when it may not be a priority for the client. Client relationships can feel unbalanced at times, with Springbok appearing more as subordinates. This dynamic seems acceptable to management as long as the clients generate revenue quickly. There also appears to be some inconsistency in how individual contributions are evaluated. Mistakes may not always be addressed fairly, and at times, responsibility may be shifted based on personal relationships. Additionally, I’ve observed some behaviors during lunch breaks and after-work events that could be concerning. It might be worth HR taking a closer look, as certain comments or jokes could be unintentionally hurtful.

Pros

They invest in their employees' education so that's really nice. The office is big and nice and most people are really friendly so that's appreciated.

Cons

Heavily underpaying their employees. It's all about money. They force employees to be off in the last part of December. Some team leaders are unbearable to work with. They also forced me to come into the office during the government-mandated COVID lockdown when it was not allowed to work at the office. A very stressful environment, I saw my colleague have a total mental breakdown and cry in front of her desk TWICE. And I still don't get what it is they actually do.
