+ Capable employee who are all very personable + Good variety of projects across company + Company has some good outreach and charity initiatives + Personal training budget (though too few group trainings are organised)

- Project allocation can appear quite opaque, people are encouraged to speak with sales team members but allocation appears to be done solely based on senior management preference and past working habits - Can be sustained periods of low workload and can be stuck on single projects for a long time, with few prospects once off the project

Interesting technical work, with some really high quality people. Management are as good as can be expected.

Lack of a clear progression structure is becoming more of an issue as the company grows.
