THe environment was always positive and encouraging. Room for growth within departments and corporate is always responsive to any complaints or issues. Marriott's structure and training is very well executed and flows well from one property to another.
Cons
Lot's of freedom and unsupervision. Leads to coworkers getting frustrated with each other due to lack of accountability.
