      Office environment, relaxed, free leads, great people and great culture to work with. You have so many resources to help you improve and succeed!

      Cons

      Sales requires persistence and tough skin sometimes. It will push you to develop a mature mindset.

      Pros

      Most Managers are great, good PTO (always approved), training is great, supportive environment.

      Cons

      Employee Insurance, and benefits are terrible,Unrealistic quotas, low pay for the amount of work required, misleading leads, and upper management that appears disconnected from and unconcerned about the challenges sales agents deal with daily.
