Pros

Pay is good for the market. Flexible PTO for salaried employees. A good DEI department with ERGs.

Cons

For a mental health company, it has a horrible culture of overwork and burnout, perpetuated by seemingly all levels of management by weaponizing the values. Also, for all of the "career framework" materials and 4 performance cycles per year, there is no clear or fair path to career opportunities or promotions.

Pros

Many talented people trying to do good work, that I wish I could have worked with for longer. Good compensation and benefits. The company mission is admirable, even if it isn't realistic.

Cons

Disregard the negative Glassdoor reviews at your own risk. So many reviews over these past few months could have been written by me, but weren't. A company that was sincere about its mission, and being mission-based, would understand the importance of mental health for those who work to make the mission a reality - the employees. If you are sincere in your passion for mental health, and value maintaining your own, do not be surprised if the culture spits you back out.
