Pros

Decent pay, overall good benefits (health benefits, parental leave, education credit, free therapy sessions)

Cons

Really deceiving from the start... the 12 company holidays don't apply to Care Support. You have to work 3-4 of those holidays each year. You also need to know that you spend 4-5 hours per day on phone calls, another detail they leave out when recruiting. The "unlimited pto" is far from it, the expectation is only around 10-15 days per year. Very little opportunity for growth. They have cut some key benefits this year from previous years, including a benefit for personal wellness and in person meet up events. Just know what you are signing up for before you accept this job. It's very micromanaged, good luck finding time to even use the bathroom a few times a day. Unrealistic and unclear expectations, making it very stressful for the employees. Also if you are good at your job, expect to be volunteered for a whole host of "special projects" without being asked. Work culture is also really bizarre, team is broken down into smaller groups who barely interact with each other. No team building events or opportunities to interact/mingle with the whole team. Lots of people on the team complain about the same things but nothing is done. It's all about the numbers here. Your own mental health isn't a priority. Also the fact that c-suite leaders keep changing is a super red flag!

Pros

Many talented people trying to do good work, that I wish I could have worked with for longer. Good compensation and benefits. The company mission is admirable, even if it isn't realistic.

Cons

Disregard the negative Glassdoor reviews at your own risk. So many reviews over these past few months could have been written by me, but weren't. A company that was sincere about its mission, and being mission-based, would understand the importance of mental health for those who work to make the mission a reality - the employees. If you are sincere in your passion for mental health, and value maintaining your own, do not be surprised if the culture spits you back out.

Pros

Good pay. If you play by the rules and build your connections there, you get promoted quickly (by merit or not).

Cons

The senior technical leadership is like a revolving door there, and the eng culture is competitive and quite toxic.
