Pros
The product simply makes sense and should be something every digital and SaaS company adopts to ensure customer feedback gets into the product design loop. Dynamic and dedicated team all very motivated to make this product a success.
Cons
Long hours and slow hiring cycles. A scattershot approach to product development and not enough focus on refining successful features that have launched. A lone wolf mentality across the company where group solutions are not encouraged until every possible alternative has been exhausted. High stress. Communications from leadership are confusing and don't seem to line up with the actions that the company takes.
