Average to well compensation. Training team was friendly. Free t-shirts.
Cons
Almost no training for my sales role. Disorganization within the department and its process'. Hostility from upper management and other leaders. Executive team spends their time reading their employees' emails and listening to their calls. Instead of focusing on training and development, they use pressure and fear to produce deals. Questions are answered hours later and passive aggressively, even with the lack of training.
