Pros

Listing Albany, Ny as that's the first location that came up... The products are indeed great. Application of them has a learning curve, and can be a bit difficult sometimes, but that's also why Sherwin isn't selling the same thing. Some of what Spray-Net offers is really unique. For those things (like vinyl coatings in dark colors), you are only competing against clients' budgets, not a competitor. For clients who want and appreciate these things, it's amazing.

Cons

Potential franchisees need to ask: - how many locations under 3 years in operation are meeting the minimum sales benchmarks? I think very few locations are accomplishing this. - Spray-Net collects P&L from locations each year. What was the actual take-home pay, both as % net profit and total dollar amount, owners had in their 2nd and 3rd years? - Spray-Net seems to have a high location failure rate. You should ask: of all the locations that started production in the last 3 years, how many produced revenue in the last month? The intent here is to filter out locations that are classified as "for sale" or otherwise avoiding counting as not in business.
