Pros

- Flexible time (didnt need to stick to a strict 9-5 job as long as 40 hours of work was done per week for a fulltime) - 100% remote - Onsite Teambuilding (sometimes the company will fly everyone to the same on site for morale boosting, team building, and updates that need to be in person) - The people were honestly very fun and understanding to be around

Cons

- Company wasn't profitable at the time (This lead to a few layoffs) - Limited team documentation (Few key people know how everything is done, job security if you become that critical)

Pros

International company, nice people to work with and an interesting product suite.

Cons

Everything is controlled by the CEO who doesn't communicate well and changes his mind constantly, so it leaves the whole company constantly struggling to understand what's happening. Also, would not recommend working here for anyone in the US as the company is fully focused on trying to pay spanish wages but have a presence in the US, so any US employee will be underpaid and constantly at risk.
