      Pros

      Cool new office and a great location near Blackfriars. Interesting if you're into horse racing.

      Cons

      Toxic with a quiet and deadly blame culture. People are leaving the estate in waves and I don't think anybody cares. Worst place I've worked at in a long time. I don't know how management thinks they will cover over all the holes being left by fleeing employees, but I honestly can't recommend working there to anyone.

We would like to assure you that we are naturally concerned if ever any staff decide to leave the business and cite dissatisfaction regarding their time at Racing Post. We have recently made a number of changes to the management of our IT department which we hope will help to improve career development opportunities, with training and development of our IT staff one of our main priorities.

      Pros

      - First-hand experience working in sports & emerging sports betting field - Fully remote in US - Trying new ideas is strongly encouraged - Worked with a great team (though most of us were laid off recently so take that with a grain of salt)

      Cons

      - Stop-and-go US market growth in sports betting makes for volatile business outlook - Business growth stagnated, now layoffs taking place due to upper management failures - Promotions, raises and bonuses very hard to come by
