Pros

Unfortunately, it took me some time to think of just one pro to working at this place. After thinking about it (for probably a little longer than I should) the only thing I could come up with are the people. With that being said, only a SELECT few people - and absolutely no one in management.

Cons

I worked here for a short time last year. The first week on the job, I knew it was a death wish. I always heard to wait around six months, then after that, if it's still not up your alley, to book out and find the next best thing. However, I didn't make it that far, which is really surprising. During the interview process, you are going to LOVE what you hear. They make Spotlight out to be the best company and question how you even landed meeting the CEO. But shortly after you're hired, you'll realize it was all a hoax. I wish I would have read the reviews before even applying. All of the ones that are one or two stars, are the ones that are true. The ones that are five stars (all written days apart - very suspicious) I believe are ones the current employees have been asked to write. And, to be honest, are all fake. No one working at that job genuinely enjoys the job. At times, I didn't even think the CEO did. It's just toxic. They fire employees just as fast as they hire them, and they "let go" employees to make room for new ones. The turnover rate is awful. The "growing" mindset they have will never come to fruition. Everyone will either leave before they get fired, or wait until the day comes that they get pulled into an office and hear they aren't valuable anymore. Math: they lose one, they add one. They are really never "growing." Oh, and micromanaging never ends. The second you think you've done a good job, a higher up will come and tell you otherwise. Furthermore, the higher up of THAT higher up will come and tell you otherwise, as well. It never ends. It's honestly an experience I could go on and on about, and I'm sure the people with the five star reviews would too, if they didn't fear the repercussions. You'll see once they're all "let go" those ratings will all quickly change.
