Spotad has a wonderful group of employees working there. The team is full of smart people who are really invested in the company's success. As a startup in the tech/advertising industries, things move at a pretty fast pace...this provides a lot of opportunity for growth and learning. You know that every part of your job matters and that your efforts directly contribute to the performance of the company. Most of the time it is a great pleasure to be working together on this team and for this company.

As the company is still in a growth phase, there tends to be a lack of structure in many things. The onboarding process is not defined and there is often confusion over the training process. We are working on changing this and have seen progress recently. Spotad also very much operates as a startup and the hours can be long. It's all in the name of improving our company, and it's never difficult to spend time with our awesome co-workers, but there needs to be a better work/life balance.
