Pros
Supportive and inclusive work culture. Large emphasis on work-life balance and overall a great place to work and opens doors to a lot of cool experiences for football fans. Very accommodating and supportive of the learning and development of interns.
Cons
Since the games SI makes build upon each other, the projects are not quite as varied as at other studios. Whilst this is not exactly a con, it may not be the best long term place to work for someone who wants to work on brand new project/game every couple of years.
