Pros
The coworkers are such a pleasure to work with. They're fun, outgoing, and share many of the same interests I do (because why else would the want to work at Sports Basement?). Managers were considerate and the employee discount makes an active lifestyle much more affordable.
Cons
It can be tiring. I worked during the seasons, so we had hordes of customers coming in -- you're on your feet all the time, but I don't necessarily consider this a bad thing.
