Pension is alot and you do not have a choice you have to take it. They play favorites which is childish. They go by seniority on everything. It takes forever to get enough seniority to get a set shift. Your stuck on extra board and you work whatever hours they give you. You have no life outside of the job constantly short handed and they will call you in constantly.
