Pros
Some of the many things I love about working at Spork Labs include working 5 days a week, working 8 hours a day, work from home option, no employee exploitation, no overtime/long working hours, quarterly bonuses for everyone, latest laptops to work on, annual team trip, and great team spirit. This team is like a family to me, each one is humble, polite, respectful, and helpful. Work life balance is phenomenal, better than ideal! I'm glad to be a part of this team.

It's rare to find an organisation that offers you so many perks, doesn't exploit you or your talent, and rewards you for good work. No cons of working here.
