      Pros

      Paycheck clears. Management is mostly absent. 9-5 put in your time kind of place. Free food and drinks.

      Cons

      Terrible environment. Games fail and company is always running out of money and finding a new partner. Head of game design has no idea what he is doing. Keeps failing and there is always a reason. People are always kept in fear for their job. If you are not related to miserable owner, your career is going nowhere.
