Sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with all your colleagues here at Spongecell. Our hiring practices do not discriminate against personal relationships, unless there is a direct reporting structure involved. We are also an EOE, and take that very seriously in our recruiting efforts. Our annual performance management process is designed to identify areas of improvement and our HR team partners with Managers to ensure the proper training and development plans are put in place. It is important all employees are executing at the highest level possible to achieve our individual, team and company goals.
