      Pros

      I worked on solo projects, hence was able to grow significantly. Discovered my potential under pressure which was amazing to know.

      Cons

      There were very few employees so the manager had trouble keeping up with the updates.

      Low pay Have to work 6 days /week The work environment is toxic, with less appreciation and micromanagement in the name of growth.

      Hard and strict rules to be followed very low pay range (7 to 8k) for 8 - 9 hours of working including saturday
