      Good resume builder and job for someone fresh out college.

      Cons

      If you can’t get promoted in 1.5 - 2 years max leave the company. It’s really over saturated with wypipo and they move the goalpost on what it takes to get promoted a lot definitely if you’re a POC

      Pros

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Cons

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
