Pros

Challenging work environment, which can get exciting at times.

Cons

Terrible management. Unprofessional people. Managers are driven by emotional decisions. No chance of meaningful promotions. You will have to fight for your basic rights. No flexibility. No compensation for overtime. The owner is stingy and will do his best to milk out any source of expense, he considers your raise as a major source of expense. They promise a start-up environment but it's a terrible work place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Pros

Challenges if you have the motivation left.

Cons

Forget about vacations and holidays Your expertise is not valued nor respected. You will always get trumped by senior mgmnt or laughed at. No motivational factors whatsoever. Be prepared to get a few demotivational hits a month. You are baited with a good starting package. And you will keep getting the same package for years with either no or minuscule raises. No training No overtime paid and no appreciation for extra work done. But be prepared for a speech if you come in late. No respect for personal life ambitions or personal life crisis. Too much hush hush, internal politics for a startup company of this size.

Pros

the best reason to work at splendor is the entertainment room , while playing Foosball with the guys

Cons

No more social life , your whole time will be dedicated to your job , working extra time without getting paid . You have to train your new manager so he can ( teach ) you how to do your work later on . Politics and religion are the ones who decide if you get the job , the raise etc.... not your personal professional skills . Your expertise is not valued nor respected. You will always get trumped by " senior ". no connection between departments , every department works alone , and in case of any failure , the technical support department will get blamed.
