Pros
At first joining im very tensed and nervous because it was my first time working in retail field but some how i know myself that im a fast learner so that I've challenge myself that i can do this so everyday no matter what im energetic or not im always doing my best to fulfill my all kpi in the store and thank God that i become two times employee of the month un Marina mall and this first week of august i was just transferred to stand alone branch in al wahda at first i was tensed because new ENVIRONMENT and new Colliques again but after one week im happy because all of them are very kind and very welcoming... And continuosly im learning and doing my best at my work to contribute my service to the company...
Cons
Some that i notice is we cannot please other people and i cannot tolerate some of the attitude because we are in different nationalities so better just keep silent and do my work to prevent unexpected things....
