You're moving quickly because the work is meaningful and the team is aligned, not because things are disorganized. Cross-functional collaboration is strong, and people across departments show up engaged and willing to work through hard problems together. From a growth standpoint, I've learned more here than in years at other companies. The exposure to complex, high-visibility programs has accelerated my development significantly. The pace and scope of work can be a lot if you're not someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. It rewards self-starters, but if you need a lot of external structure to operate, there may be an adjustment period.
