Pros

Overall, a family run company that tries to be loyal and fair to those who they hire in a market where turnover is inevitable. Salaries are comparable depending on experience but a lot of expectations on Directors but, they are well paid. It is a family run business and there are "family loyal" as to be expected but once you work there, if they like your work and you personally you pretty much have a good chance of being one of the go to people they employ when projects come up. I enjoyed my time there and made lots of friends. It was a vast difference going from a huge studio to a small one where they give you more opportunities to learn other aspects of the job that larger studios pegion hole you into. Very close nit and everyone knows everyone like family. Will got he extra mile for you if you do a good job for them.

Cons

Young artists right out of school are not paid comparable wages to the industry. Often submitting substandard work because they are learning and it is cheaper and more veteran artists employed have to fix the problems on top of thier work load. Equipment sometimes is substandard for certain employees depending on your job function. CFO is tight with the money but I like him anyway. (probably why he is good as the CFO!) But lack of even basic software can be a struggle for workflow at times.

Pros

They make cool content, cartoons.

Cons

So many cooks in the kitchen. Notes are a mess and have no tact or consideration that writers are humans. Notes are like reading a Reddit forum and take forever to make sense of. Not streamlined at all. Hurry up and wait vibes to the max.
