Nepotism, Racism, pretty much everything's unprofessional. Very unsafe, Safety is the last of there concern even much so that the safety guy is only there for part of the shift. If you're not in the good ole boys club you won't last and they'll make you hate coming to work so you'll quit. You will be rushed every second of the day even if you don't have much work to do they want you to do it and finish it as fast as possible so you can start sweeping or cleaning the stairwell. The water they offer you taste like it comes from the hose pipe outside just so they can sell you the water that the foreman sells. This is the worst company I've ever worked for and the Orizon location is in the middle of Nowhere
