Pros

Really enjoyed some of the people I worked with. Was challenged at the job even if it was a result of negligence.

Cons

Consistent turnover in corporate accounting. Poor management leading to consistent turnover at the property level. Lack of oversight at a property level, leaving managers and hourly employees wondering if there are any checks and balances.
