No Salary on time. Manager of the company doesn't even know what is IT field, they hire fresher or 6+ months experienced employees and make their life hell, they don't know what project can be done in how many days, he needs every project tomorrow, it's his trick, he plays blind, and in pressure if someone couldn't perform well he shouts on you even it was never your fault, don't go for this crap company, i worked almost 6-7 months, i wanted to leave within a week but i had a bond, and i was not capable of break that bond, but i was naive back then. After that, no compensation. No appreciation no increment, there are still some idiots who are making their life worse. Seriously it's a Super crap company.

Worked for Spirant for 3 years and best experience. I am surprised at people who write they do not receive regular salaries. Having seen closely they are wonderful paymasters. As an accountant with 10 years of experience I have not seen a company so regular in payments with clients as well as vendors

There are too many branches of the company. In future they should consider consolidation at one place
