Company is going through many changes in past year where some managers were let go, while it was initial shock the company grew and improved significantly as a result as it turns out some of these people were indeed toxic and bitter (as some of the reviews here shows). For me personally the company, HR and even the C Level was there for me on a personal level whenever I needed anything beyond the normal scope of a company. I feel real growth in the company both professional and personal. While other places shifted to 5 days from office we are still allows 2 days from home which is great for work life balance

They raised the bar to what they are expecting from employees professionally, for those that just want to come do their minimal work and leave I recommend not to come as frequent evaluations will catch up to you and you will end up let go. Frequent changes might not be for everyone, it’s a medium size company and still building and restructuring.

I’ve been working at the company for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most enjoyable places I’ve worked at. There are so many amazing people here — young, friendly, and full of energy — which makes coming to the office something to actually look forward to. Over the last six months, the company has started a great process of improving its technological infrastructure. I really hope it continues in this direction, adopting newer technologies and taking on more technically challenging projects. Another big plus is the excellent work-life balance. People here truly respect your personal time, and the managers I’ve worked with have been supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely great people.

If I had to mention one downside, it’s that some of the technology and codebase are quite old and a bit complicated. It would be great if management could dedicate more time to rebuilding the core infrastructure and focusing on bigger, high-impact projects — rather than small feature requests for clients all the time.
