Pros
If you love the industry this is a great place to work. Spin loves to push the boundaries with their toys , it makes it exciting work. At the team level it is fantastic, you really feel apart of something special! The free toys at Christmas and the free samples you get are really great and you can get others outside of the company excited about Spin.
Cons
There are no processes and when they try to implement something the are confusing and out of touch. They keep promoting senior management even though they are the current bottle neck. They fight in our product reviews, they give us feedback that isn't usable, and we end up falling behind on development. I don't think we have used any of their feedback but our brand is up. When you have people here for 20+ years, they become out of touch and assume the know everything about what will work, even though they are usually mistaken. Spin needs to get fresh faces in with new ideas (excited to see about the new CEO)!
