Good experience and looks good on a resume. Full-time work, and company RSP contributions. There are company parties during the holidays and a few throughout the year. Paid vacation and some free toys.
Cons
The retail ops management is impossible to work for, and creates a toxic environment within the department. Retail ops management manages through intimidation, and has no undertsanding on how to manage people.
