Pros

Good lunches, parking, company parties.

Cons

Two years ago this company had the potential to really make an impact on the casual gaming market. It's success at that time was by pure luck (strong domains) but the future was bright due to the experienced international personnel brought in to help take the company to the next level. Unfortunately experience bring opinions and unless you are prepared to simply agree with the management team, then your time at this company is limited. Too many talented people have been hired and fired. Today the company is left with an army of directors / VP's who are too busy defending their own positions and egos to actually focus on what is in the best interests of the company. If you are talented, experienced and want to make an impact then this is not the company for you. Do not relocate for this company, by the time you arrive, the strategy will have changed and your role will no longer exist.

Pros

Very laid back, everything is done really slow (this is a pro for foreign people if you want to retire) Great location just outside of Amsterdam Good support for foreigners

Cons

Zero games knowledge. People are not passionate about games Reputation of cloning, building uninspired games, based on "proven concepts". End result is always a compromise. Failing is never ok. Taking risks is never ok. Sitting in meetings 8 hours per day is. Extreme politics are a daily chore. 10,000 people companies don't have this much politics.

-Work life balance (most would leave at 5pm - and no one works on weekends).

Cons

-Completely idiotic management / clueless about direction -Most VP's are 'robots' and trying too hard to hold onto their jobs
