Unfortunately very toxic culture - Anonymous employee SpiderRock Platform Employee Review

Unfortunately the culture was very toxic. A senior partner exposed colleagues to illegal substances. Direct manager also did the same. Sales team made off color and insulting jokes bordering into harassment. CHRO made inappropriate jokes and comments about a legal name change for gender confirmation. While I believe not every team suffered from this dysfunction, there was enough repeat behavior.
