Pros
Good benefits, decent pay, lax dress code.
Cons
Don’t work here if you have a disability. They don’t care, and will do everything in their power to make your life harder. They fired me 2 days after I submitted ADA paperwork due to “absences and tardiness,” funny because I’d never been late by more than 3 minutes and I had a legitimate medical reason, and doctors notes, for every instance of absence. The whole reason why I was submitting that paperwork was because if I needed a day off due to symptoms, they couldn’t hold it against me. They used me to work one last day on a busy Friday just to fire me at the end of it. They treated me like garbage. They gave me a hard time about how my doctor filled out the ADA paperwork. I told them I was disabled before I was hired, I guess because my disability is invisible I don’t matter. What a disgusting company. Not to mention very sneaky policies in order to avoid federal regulations on check holds and withdrawals. If a check bounces they hold the teller responsible, no matter the circumstances. I’m glad I won’t be there when they crumble, they’ve already closed 1 of their 6 branches.
