Pros
Insurance, money, and benefits. But that is honestly about it. You can never get any resources to run a store since they are trying to lean the company out.
Cons
Everyone is treated like an asset and is expected to work 55 to 60 hours a week. You are in call all the time and get no personal life. You are reminded several times a week that you are replaceable by district managers and the regional manager never has anything positive to say even when you are running a top performing kpi store.
