Pros

Bonuses, weekly pay, advancement opportunity, various other benefits.

Cons

Low pay, somewhat unreasonable demands, no fun in job anymore, corporate seems to be "out of touch" with front line employees. Also, with the new updates to credit card readers there have been MANY issues (card readers freezing up) causing customer dissatisfaction with long wait times. Some of these issues also cause the entire POS (register) to freeze up which can only be fixed by rebooting the POS. This in turn then causes more delays. Customer service suffers, and employees get yelled at due to these issues.

* Frequent employee call-offs created staffing shortages. * Regularly required to work double shifts to cover staffing gaps. * Management expectations often felt unrealistic given available staffing levels. * Workload was heavily dependent on previous shifts completing their responsibilities. * Tasks were frequently left unfinished by other shifts, creating additional work and stress. * High levels of stress due to understaffing and inconsistent shift performance. * Work-life balance could be difficult because of unexpected extended shifts.
