Worst Place in the world to ruin your career - Senior Recruiter Speed Jobs Consultancy Employee Review

Yuck... No reasons to work here. By mistake I have given one star, this company deserves negative stars

This is the worst Coonsultancy I have ever worked. I am unable to explain how worst it is. They re spoiling the future of candidates. They have their own set of rules., employees cannot talk to other employees, employees can not touch or use their phone.. Only after office hours, employees have permission to use the phone. They don't give salaries. There is a group of people who are running that so called consultancy . Team leaders shout at the employee just like they are their slaves and they shout in the front of the candidates who have come for the interview. Mangers, temperature leaders are the worst. They are cheaters. The owner of this Consultancy wear half Pant and t-shirt during office hours and chit chatting with the Mangers in the cabin. They don't know even ABC of how to run a consultancy. They don't have even clients. They have only insurance clients. People... Please don't join this consultancy I beg u if u want to secure your future. Its better to remain at home rather than working in this consultancy. Wort worst Wort worst worst Consultancy. I have worked there for one month only and in one month time, I got to know the situation. I don't know what type of activities and what type of strategies they used to mae inside the cabin. They have not given my one month salary also. Don't join this consultancy. I will never suggest this consultancy even to my enemies.

It’s not a good place to work especially for female employees, they not only spoiling the career as they spoil life also. There are lot of illegal activities are going on inside the office. Not able to explain. These people will stay till midnight or they spend full night in the office itself with drinks and smoke. Even they spoil good people also by offering drinks at official time only for a small reason like today is the celebration of one of our employee , and not only offering even they take money from employees nearly 5k to 20k by asking them to give party for their Birthday celebrations. Even they play with the employees to give their relieving letters also, they have terminated many of the employees by giving silly reason. Better please block your profile from Naukri itself as you will not receive any mails for the job opening from this company.
