Pros
Out of all the roles I've had, my role at Speechmatics is by far my favourite! I'd say the pros are: - Interesting work: I get the opportunity to do what brings me joy every day! - Lots of opportunities for growth and development: I feel like Speechmatics is one of the few places I've worked that have shown a genuine interest in helping me develop, whether that's on the job learning by pushing me to develop my skills in things I'm less confident with, or using my learning budget. - Great culture & fantastic team: it's a pleasure to work with such a great bunch of talented, passionate people! My team support, encourage and challenge me to be better. - Winning product & clear strategy: our technology is genuinely outstanding, and we have a clear strategy and ambitious goals for the year which is super exciting.
Cons
I think there are times when communication hasn't been great, but it's positive to see leadership acknowledging this and making an effort to improve.
